State Police are investigating a Sunday morning accident that claimed the life of a teenager, and injured several others.
Investigators say 16-year-old Rachel Lofaso was killed when the car she was a passenger in crossed the center line of Bullis Road in Elma and collided with an oncoming car.
State Police say four other people involved in the crash were injured, none of those injuries appear to be life-threatening.
