Cheektowaga Police are trying to identify a man they say robbed a Tim Horton's on Union Road on September 3 around 2:30 in the afternoon.
The man, seen in surveillance pictures, was wearing a white tee shirt, tan shorts and white socks. He was also riding a bike, possibly a blue 10-speed.
Police say the man climbed through an open window and removed cash from an open register.
According to investigators, the suspect probably lives in the area because an employee from another location stated they have seen him before on a bike.
