Classes are scheduled to resume Thursday on the South campus of the University at Buffalo after the school experienced a campus-wide power outage for most of the day Wednesday.

Power went out on campus around 9 a.m. on Wednesday causing the university to cancel all activities. The campus remained without power overnight until around 4 a.m. Thursday morning.

A University at Buffalo spokesperson told 7 Eyewitness News that the school was providing students with cold water, hand sanitizer, glow sticks and flashlights, which students could obtain in resident advisor offices.
