There are now 45,000 TSA officers in the United States, but only seven of them have just been honored by the federal government and one of them is right here at the Buffalo airport.
Paula Carter is being honored for her outstanding customer support skills. She was nominated by her peers and airport leadership.
Carter volunteers as a passenger support specialist, assisting passengers who often have special needs when they go through security.
