The investigation into Governor Andrew Cuomo's Buffalo Billion project wages on. Now the New York Times is reporting on exact facilities that are under scrutiny.

The feds, according to the Times, are looking into a pharmaceutical research facility for Albany Molecular Research Inc., the facility being constructed for IBM and the construction of Solar City.

Solar City is the biggest part of the Buffalo Billion project, with an investment of $750 million and could create thousands of jobs.

The facility at RiverBend is being built by LP Ciminelli, whose chairman Louis P. Ciminelli is a major donor to the Cuomo camp.

The Times reports the federal probe being conducted by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan, is exploring how contracts were awarded. Investigators are looking into people who had a role in developing Requests for Proposals and handing out the Buffalo Billion.

Subpoenas were handed out at the beginning of the summer, according to the New York Times, listing possible crimes of mail and wire fraud and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.

The governor's office has not responded to a request for comment on this latest development.
