When the best NFL players take the field for the 2019 Pro Bowl in January, legendary Bills quarterback and Pro Football Hall of Famer Jim Kelly will be right there with them. Kelly will serve as one of four Pro Bowl Legends Captains.
Kelly is set to be the offensive captain for the AFC squad, serving alongside defensive captain Demarcus Ware. Ware is a Hall of Fame linebacker who played for the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos.
The Legends Captains will attend the game, act as mentors for the Pro Bowl players and attend events throughout Pro Bowl week in Orlando.
On the NFC side, Emmitt Smith will be the team's offensive captain while Brian Urlacher serves on the defensive side. Both Hall of Famers, Smith is known for his time with the Dallas Cowboys and Urlacher for his career with the Chicago Bears.
The 2019 Pro Bowl takes place Jan 27 at 3:00 p.m. and rosters will be announced Dec 18. You can watch the Pro Bowl on 7 ABC.
