Police in Amherst have made in arrest over that underground meth lab that was discovered beneath the Walmart parking lot on Sheridan Drive earlier this month.
Investigators say 18-year-old Peter S. Miller, formerly of Amherst, is currently under arrest and is being held on $15,000 bond at the Erie County Holding Center.
Investigators say Miller accessed the site using an open storm sewer nearby.
