An Amber Alert issued on Friday for missing 14-month-old boy has been canceled.
Police and crews are still searching for Owen Hidalgo-Calderon. Wayne County Sheriff's deputies say despite the alert, there is no evidence that this is an abduction.
The body of the boy's mother, 18-year-old Selena Hidalgo-Calderon, was found in the woods behind a farm in Sodus, NY on Thursday.
Alberto Reyes was arrested on Thursday and charged with evidence tampering. According to police, Reyes admitted to burying Hidalgo-Calderon, but did not admit to killing her.
Reyes is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
