The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation announced Wednesday it is welcoming Horizon Health Services in Buffalo as the newest member of its Patient Care Network.
Horizon Health Services is one of the largest providers of residential and outpatient mental health and substance use treatment in Western New York.
The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation launched its Patient Care Network in the fall of 2017. Members have access to tools, resources and collaborative consultation for their organization's leadership, staff, patients, families and communities.
