A tractor trailer has rolled over off the 90 eastbound ramp

A tractor trailer has rolled over off the 90 Eastbound ramp over the guardrail and onto the 290 Westbound ramp in Williamsville.

Snyder Fire Chief says the roll over was caused by high winds.

Authorities cut the truck open to remove driver, who has minor lacerations and was not taken to hospital.

The ramp from 90 westbound to 290 westbound will remain open with one lane.

The Fire Chief says authorities plan on removing the truck later in the day because of the high winds.

The truck was not carrying any hazardous materials.
