There is no denying it. Fall is in the Western New York air!

So it should be no surprise that another round of Oktoberfests are headed our way this weekend. But there are plenty of events you and the family can check out.

The Totally Southtowns Fall Festival

What's not to love about this event! More than 60 vendors, food trucks will be on hand at the Healthy Zone Rink in East Aurora for The Totally Southtowns Fall Festival. You can also rock out to live music while getting your face painted, not to mention an incredible magic and puppet show from Mike Randall and friends.

It costs $5 to get in. Kids five and under are free. The event runs from 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday. A majority of the proceeds will go to new locker rooms for youth hockey teams.

Locktoberfest

This isn't your everyday Oktoberfest. Locktoberfest celebrates the culture and history of Lockport. Watch as Lockport Lock Tenders step back in time and control the doors and gates of the Erie Canal. Or join a historical bike tour through the city. Not to mention the amazing food and drinks that vendors from across Western New York will be serving up.

This event takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at 57 Canal Street in Lockport.

2018 Oktoberfest at the Terminal

From Locktoberfest to Oktoberfest at one of Buffalo's landmarks. You'll be able to find all different kinds of German brews and foods at the Buffalo Central Terminal Saturday. Tickets cost $10. The event starts at 3 p.m. You must be 21 and over to attend this Oktoberfest.

Colden Festival

We're quite aways from snow falling on the hills of Kissing Bridge. But that doesn't mean you can't travel down the 219 to Colden this weekend. The Colden Festival celebrates everything wonderful about this town hidden in the hills of Southern Erie County. Enjoy a chili cook-off between local restaurants and tours of the town on a horse-drawn wagon. This festival runs on both Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

This show at Shea's is sure to bring plenty of 'pure imagination' to the hearts and minds of many kids. You and the family can catch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Friday and Saturday downtown. Tickets are still available for both shows. Limited tickets remain for both shows.

Larkinville Block Party

We're used to eating at Larkinville on Tuesdays. But why not this Saturday for the Larkinville Block Party. Play some classic lawn games from croquet, corn-hole and barrel races. Not to mention there will be a ton of vendors on hand. Click here for a list of vendors and restaurants on hand. The event runs from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.

Mum Exhibit & 4-H Farm

Escape the cool and warm up inside at this fall exhibit. Autumn colors will be on display at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens this weekend. Orange, purple and red colored mums will be on display. Not to mention adorable farm animals that will be on hand as well. The exhibit is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Click here for ticket information.
