After only three days in his new home, six week old half husky, half rott Sarge finally meets my 2 year old godson Xander. It was Sarge's first time spending a whole day with any children and I think he was pretty excited to play with someone closer to his own size. Aside from the occasional yelp from a stepped on paw or some tears from the puppy being a little to rough with his playing, all in all, I'd say it was a good playdate. Xander even taught the puppy where his nose was, and gave him a kiss goodbye (as seen in the picture). It's going to be interesting to watch them grow up together, but we're sure glad Xander isn't going to grow up as fast as the puppy will. It already seems like he's too grown up.
