Bald Eagle shot in State Park

Bald Eagle Red House/Quaker State Park

We camp often in the Alleghany State Park. The weekend of April 30th we were going from Red House to Quaker and much to our suprise this big beautiful Bald Eagle was watching us. I know that Quaker was possibly set for closure. Wouldn't it be a shame to close our beautful parks when these beautiful creatures are there for us to admire. I can not believe that any of the national parks should be closed, you can not tell me they are not a money maker when we have to make arrangements 6 months in advance to be able to reserve a site from May to August.
