The tones went off about 5;28pm. We had gone to dinner and an hour later was returning on I 86 when we saw the black clouds towards Salamanca. Once in Salamanca, flames were getting higher, traffic was heavy, people all over the smell of wood burning and the heat. Roads being closedso we had to go to higher ground, we are at the top of the hill looking down from the Red Garter.. It was like a parade up ther cars lined up and people just taking pics of the landmark that one relative of ours was employed many years ago. It was said that there are tunnels under the landmark that went across the street and caused flames to the building across the street.

Sorry for the "it was said" portion, everything else is true, the sad thing is, is that it was a total loss. Sorry if I offended you.

It was said, you are an IDIOT for believing WHAT IS SAID. There are NO UNDER GROUND TUNNELS......just ONE that went OVER-ABOVE the street. Are you a member of the Johnson Family or something???
