I took this shot in Olcott, NY. It looked as if a giant wave was frozen in mid strike over the pier.

Its real i seen a little of it left a couple weeks ago. I think that happened over time like water freezing then more just overlaying and freezing you know like an icicle. Before i seen this photo it looked like someone plowed the pier.
