March Sunset and weird rainbow sky

The sunset was taken March 2 after dinner. Looking down the street in South Buffalo. The Weird rainbow in the sky was taken this afternoon, March 3just before dinner hours. It was like a rainbow. Where is the rain?

I saw the 'rainbow,' too, but when I tried to snap a photo of it, it didn't turn out as good as yours!
