During WWII Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls Picture

Josephine Helen Balluzzo Emanuele Muhlbauer - my dear Mom who passed away this past November 7, 2006. She was a great promoter of Niagara Falls - Awarded Woman of the Year...and the Beautification Award for the City...
She was President of Niagara Women for Progress...a key figure in the Festival of Lights...with Josie Fera providing Santa and his helpers...

This picture was taken for my Dad who was overseas in WWII on April 9, 1944. He returned home, but was killed in a plant explosion on January 26, 1951.
