I thought the snow storm was only in the South Towns today. I get downtown and BAM, white out, blizzard like conditions. The downtown area was almost a ghost town at only 3pm this Monday. Dark and creepy weather, made me run back home before I might get stranded. This is at the corner of Delaware @ W. Chippewa Street at approx. 3pm. Monday, Dec. 28th. 2009
