When leaving the Tops parking lot around 8:00 pm on 12/10/09 with out thinking twice , my dad jumped out of his truck to help a Marine stuck in the unplowed Tops parking lot on Southwestern to help the Civic stuck in the white out. As it turns out the young man he was helping was a Marine serving in the US military. This shows how Buffalo is the City of Good neighbors.
