Jade, Enjoying the sabres game from her wheel chair with all the flowers from her loved ones

Sabres Fan Left Broken And Battered

Hello,
My name is Shane Praefke and my sister Jade is an avid Sabres fan. She is 20 years old and developmentally disabled. About a week and a half ago she was hit by a car while riding her bike. This was very tragic to our family. She was left with a broken femur, hip fractures and several fractures in her spine. Her injuries have left her bedridden and in constant pain. Taking care of her is a 24 hour job and my mom had to take a leave from work to take care of her. When she was in the hospital the only thing she was worried about was that she had a TV in her room so she did not miss out on the Sabres game. It would mean the world to her to be able to go to a game, feel the experience, live it. But with our financial issues and her being in a wheel chair this is near impossible. I want her to be able experience a game from the area or at least meet one of the Sabres players, but i cant do it alone. I need some help from the community. If some one reads this or some one who cares please help me, it would mean the world to her. She is a true Sabres fan and a very special person to a lot of people.
Thank you for your time.
