My daughter Aubree is an Animal Protection Officer in Lompoc California, and Jessie James was a homeless dog that was brought into her shelter. His original owners were believed to have had their home foreclosed on...so they vacated their home...but did not take Jessie James with them. He was very sick and near death from wandering the streets of Lompoc. My daughter Aubree fostered him and once he was healthy enough, then my younger daughter Destiny and I put our money together and adopted him and had him flown to Buffalo. He is a small dog with a huge heart...and loves life. We have given Jessie James a home and love...but he has given us so much more while stealing our hearts. Paula
