I was driving home on 290 Westbound from UB at 12:31, traffic was backing up. Noticed this tractor trailer truck tipped over and took a photo and called WKBW to report it. People started driving the wrong way down the Main Street exit ramp to get back on the 290.There were pieces of the truck on the road below the bridge, as well as some of the fuel it was carrying. Had to drive through the debris.
