I had my digital camera set to high-speed continuous shooting as I aimed it at my Hummingbird feeder, and when I reviewed the photos, I was surprised and amused to find out that I had captured a poor (now embarrassed) Ruby-Throated Hummer "relieving" herself. One of my Facebook Friends said she is "refueling and dumping ballast prior to takeoff".
