I am from Rochester, and visit Buffalo frequently. My friend Monty McClamb has a collection of beautiful kites. This was taken down at the waterfront near the dog park. I am usually the spectator, or the retreiver however, given the fact that these kites are bigger than me!!! Beautiful to see in the sky though...
