These are our four legged children, who are very spoiled.
First we have Molly(Pitbull/Great Dane mix) whom we adopted from the Erie County SPCA in Angola, NY. May of 2005 after the loss of our beloved Sassy ( a shepherd/wolf mix) that we had as a family member for 9 wonderful years. Molly was only with us a few short months when she became very ill from eating Diamond dog food, we thought we were going to lose her, but she was a fighter and was just fine a few weeks later. And as for the Pitbull image Molly is a sweetheart she will lick you to death, she loves everyone.
Then 2 years later a guy had come to my work with Diva (Chow/Lab mix), stating he needed to find her a home, because he couldn't keep her. He had rescued Diva from somewhere on the rez he found her and 2 litter mates outside in the winter half dead. So since my daughter was wanting her own dog I decided to take Diva home for her. My daughter wanted a lap dog but as you can see Diva is far from it(even tho she thinks she is).
Both Molly and Diva have brought us tons of joy. They get along great like it was meant for them to be together( Soul Sisters). They both do some really cute things, they keep us laughing. Life without these 2 members to our family would be something I wouldn't want to live. The joy they bring and the funny things they do are what make our home alive.
