A flash flood occurred on Routes 242 and 353 (Rock City Street) in the eastern part of the village of Little Valley in Cattaraugus County at 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday night, July 29, 2009. This vehicle attempted to cross the flooded roadway, and though it succeeded, it is not recommended.
