Not as exciting as a torndado, but still pretty dramatic given there are no bodies of water nearby. Leaving Main & Hertel at 4:00 today Main Street was literally a river. Only the center lane was drivable, and it was pretty water filled as well. The water was deep and fast moving just like a mountain stream. This followed the downpour that started at about 3:15.
