The Doin' Time Comedy Showcase has been holding steady for the past three
years every Tuesday at Nietzsche's. If you know anything about the recent
history of comedy in Buffalo, you know that is a reason to celebrate. We
are proud to announce the Roast of Buffalo Sabres Alum and sports
commentator, Rob Ray. That's right, Rob Ray. The same Rob Ray notorious
for pummeling other large, well trained, professional athletes.
Putting all fears aside, Some of the area's best comedians (most of whom
have the physical stature of jockeys) have promised to deliver a
multitude of blows to Ray's ego. From the Rob Ray rule to that damn
Nordiques fan that just kept coming after him, no subject is sacred.
There is no town more deserving of giving a little payback to their
professional athletes.
And we'd like to start with the toughest one.

new comprehensive guide to live comedy in Buffalo.
