Ducks think backyard pool is a pond!

We live in the City of Batavia and have two ducks, a male and female, who think that our inground pool is a pond. Every night around 6:00 pm these two ducks (partners I think) fly in attempting to take a dip and swim around. I don't think they get the concept of a pool cover but they sure are fun to watch!
