As we were about to enter Ashford Castle in Cong, Ireland, a very familiar gentleman stepped out of the vehicle next to us. I immediately said "hey, Mr. Food, we're from Buffalo". It was like meeting an old friend. We talked of home and were invited to appear on his Taste Of Ireland being taped in the castle dinning room. We had dinner with him and the crew and after a sip of Guinness we couldn't help but exclaim "ooo it's so good!"

was to Ireland in 2002 hAD GREAT TIME AS IT LOOKS YOU DID TO HOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR AND GO TO HE nORTH i LOVED THE CASTLE WE STAYED AT ONE TO
