This is Tannery Creek on the edge of town where it passes under Broadway Route 20 on its way to Ellicott Creek... At least once a year it floods these low-ground trees next to our old Tops / Ames parking lot... Crossing under Broadway through a conduit it get squeezed into a narrow gully and this time of year it sounds like Niagara Falls.
