As of Feb 10th, 2009 all items intended for children 12 and under will have to be tested. Please look into this and report about it. It's scary how many people this law will affect. It is going to put many people out of business. ANYTHING made for children that has not been tested, whether or not it needs it has been deemed unsafe. This includes handmade items, books, pens, artwork, clothes, books....and the list goes on.
