Time Warner Cable distributed free antennas and AB switches to their customers in order for them to be able to watch the Bills game and other programming normally an channels 4 WIVB and 23 WNLO. They were removed from the cable system as a result of a negotiation battle between Lin TV (owns both stations) and the cable company. Lin wants more money from Time Warner. As a result of the greed, the customers were greatly affected by this and are upset. Time Warner is doing whatever it can to keep its customers while the negotioation battles continue. Many people waited in line for a while to get antennas. Long lines that went around the builging on Chicago Street. Antennas were distributed one by one, and they had to keep getting more shipments of antennas throughout the day. Time Warner also offered to reimburse customers for purchasing antennas themselves. However, it probably wouldn't help because antennas have been flying off store shelves. Many stores were sold out of antennas before day's end. Meanwhile, on cable in the place of of channel 4 is a 24-hour sports channel, and in place of of CW 23 is the HBO Family channel.
