This old House at 103 Congress St. owned by Lori Marconi for more than 40 years on Buffalo's westside, undergoes a refurbishing. The house well over one hundred twenty years old, had Sheriff Grover Cleveland, later President Grover Cleveland, serve legal papers to then owners of the house circa 1870's.
