Years ago, when the wedding ceremony was over, the guests would shower the newlyweds with rice as they left the church. Not anymore. Now we blow bubbles with good wishes for the couple.
Not to let good bubbles go to waste, Nona (aka Sue Culley) gathered up some of the unused bubble bottles, from the wedding of Mr. & Mrs. James Donald.
Her grandchildren Conner and Hailey enjoyed blowing bubbles on this wonderful summer's day, in her yard in Cheektowaga.
