Several waterspouts formed on Lake Erie at 11:40AM on Wednesday, July 23. This one hit the shore just south of Dunkirk, NY. The photo was taken from Van Buren Point, NY looking north over Van Buren Bay toward the powerplant in Dunkirk, NY.
