The colors were spectacular as one by one the giant hot air balloons took to the sky flying off over the hills for the 23rd rally. Balloonists came from all over the United States to participate. Some had to recruit locals to help on the crews due to the high price of gas. The last balloon to be inflated was the famous Energizer Bunny Balloon out of Indiana.
