I walked out of my dorm room at GCC at aprox 2:50 to watch the severe thunderstorm. I couldn't believe as tracked the storm...a major funnel cloud. It appeared suddendly and lifted back up. Large mammatous clouds formed. It was extremly intense and wouldn't trade in for anything

Hey William What was really funny is that while most places loved this picture our local newspaper (DN) in batavia refused them saying this and the mammatous looked like plain rain cloud...LOL

Didn't see that on the west end of town, but caught those mammatous clouds. I only wish i had my camera...
