Trying to get electrical service hooked up to a remodeled house in Niagara Falls, a new tenant was supposed to move in November 16, 2012, on November 13, 2012, the electrician was told by National Grid that all the planners, which we need to finish the electrical work were in New York City. Now, as all Americans, we are concerned with that area and I have personally donated twice to the Red Cross, But I do believe they should still be able to offer service here in WNY. National Grid has said they can do nothing for possibly 2-3 weeks. That means there is a woman with children who will be homeless until National Grid can find a planner to let the electrician complete his work. The property management company is doing everything it can to get electrical help from National Grid with no assistance from National Grid, just the run around.
