Niagara Falls, NY– Box Out Productions performed Box Out Bullying, a research-based, interactive, theatrical bullying prevention assembly program today at Catholic Academy Elementary School in Niagara Falls, NY. The schools third through sixth grade student body experienced the upper level elementary versions of Box Out Bullying.
“For something as serious as bullying, you cannot give mixed messages,” said Jeremy Rubenstein, President and Creative Director of Box Out Productions, LLC. “That’s why we align with the schools program, to not only compliment, but augment their anti-bullying initiatives.”
The two-part program includes age-appropriate assembly programs for Elementary, Middle and Junior High School students and comprehensive lesson plans and follow up activities for parents and staff.
"We are thrilled to bring Box Out Bullying to Catholic Academy,” said Jeremy Rubenstein. “We hope to empower the students and staff with the knowledge that they have the power to make their school free from bullying.”
Today’s students joined the over 100,000 students and staff in schools across the county who experience Box Out Bullying each school year.
“We have taken this program to schools and academic conferences all over the country - from the Northeast Kingdom, Vt. to Harlem, N.Y. to the Smokey and Appalachian Mountains of Crossville, Tenn. and Blacksburg Va.” said Rubenstein, an expert in bullying prevention. “We have found that students from all background are facing the same issues that can be solved with the same solutions.”
