Winter has returned to Allegany County the last weekend of March! It was a winter wonderland this weekend nine miles north of Angelica, NY in Birdsall, NY. Snomobilers were out, sun wash shining and the snow was deep. As much as 12 inches in some areas with an average of 6 - 8 inches in Birdsall fell on Thursday night March 27, 2008
