Current and former students, parishioners, teachers and staff at Annunciation School in Elma celebrated the conclusion of upgrades to the school gym with a Sports Night on Sept. 8.
Gym improvements include a new floor, a fresh coating of paint, new trophy cases and more. A sports banner dedication took place during the event, which also featured a sports-themed silent auction and an appearance by members of the Buffalo Bandettes.
Located at 7580 Clinton St., Annunciation currently serves children in Pre-K3 through Grade 8 from the Alden, Alexander, Attica, Cheektowaga, Depew, East Aurora, Holland, Iroquois, Lancaster, Orchard Park and West Seneca school districts.
