The people picture created by Patty Watson at Frontier Middle School in 2010 was shown on the nationally televised Stand up to Cancer Telethone this evening. This picture was created at the Middle School in Hamburg in the Fall of 2010 to show support for those afflicted by cancer by "standing up" for cancer. The picture, song, and video won first place at the contest sponsored by the Stand Up to Cancer Foundation. The picture of the final creation was shown twice on this evenings telethon which was live on all major networks.
