14 Holy Helpers plans golf outing

Golfers and sponsors are still being recruited for the annual 14 Holy Helpers Home School Association Golf Outing taking place on Friday, Sept. 14, at Chestnut Hill Country Club, 1330 Broadway, Darien Center.

Registration will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 11 a.m. The golf outing will feature a scramble format and there will be a split club raffle, door prizes, contests, a live auction and more.

The entry fee for golfers is $90 and includes golf and cart, participation packet, lunch and beverage at the turn, a steak dinner and one hour of beer and pop service. Non-golfer registration is $35 and includes lunch, dinner and one hour of beer and pop.

Sponsorship opportunities begin at $50 for a tee sign to $250 for putting contest sponsors. The $700 silver and $1,000 gold sponsorship packages include a foursome in the tournament plus several other incentives.

The 14 Holy Helpers Home School Association is the parent organization primarily responsible for fundraising to help offset parish subsidy of the West Seneca school, as well as tuition costs for families attending the school.
