Angel is a Minature Pinscher currently under the care of the Wyoming County SPCA. She was born with a severe deformity of her front elbows making walking almost impossible. The Wyoming Co. SPCA is a No-Kill Shelter and their resources are very limited. There is an effort underway to seek donations to offset the cost of Angels surgery and follow up care.
