- First a morning picture: Arriving at work, 9:00 AM (Magavin's, Three Rod and Broadway, Alden, N.Y.) I figured using our 9-inch tall sign letters atop our air conditioner would give a good indication of the snow depth - About 7-inches... Then the walk home got worse: Looking East down Broadway I could not see much beyond 100-yards... Then I figured I had to see what I looked like - That is me, Larry D. after covering the first half-mile of my one-mile walk home.
