Chenango Valley's Matt Mullins hits a buzzer beating three-pointer from way downtown to end the third quarter against Watkins Glen in the Section 4 Class B quarter-finals at Chenango Valley High School on February 23rd. It was one of six three-pointers for Mullins who had 28 points. The Warriors won 57-40.
