A popular new restaurant in South Buffalo has added catering to its menu of services. As a result, customers can have delicious brick oven pizzas and incredible food platters prepared by the Brick Oven Bistro & Deli delivered hot and fresh.
The restaurant, located at 904 Abbott Road, opened on Feb. 13 and has quickly made a name for itself in local dining circles. The restaurant is known for its unique brick oven pizzas, flavorful entrees, and a friendly bar scene offering wine and an impressive assortment of craft beers, including 18 on tap.
Brick oven pizzas on the catering menu include: Margherita, pepperoni, beef-on-weck, mushroom, sausage, reuben and a vegetarian calzone. Gluten-free pizzas are also available. Featured catering platters include: House salad, Caesar salad (chicken optional), chicken wings, pasta ’n marinara, mac ’n cheese, sandwich platter, and a vegetable and cheese platter. Brick Oven Bistro & Deli is open for lunch and dinner and offers booth and table seating, convenient neighborhood parking and a family friendly environment. Kitchen hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with the bar remaining open later. And starting May 6, the restaurant will be open on Sundays, with the kitchen open from 2 to 8 p.m. and the bar remaining open later.
