First responder firefighters from the Orchard Park and Hillcrest Fire Companies served as judges for the Chili Challenge portion of a community Mardi Gras celebration held Sunday, February 19th, at Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, 4369 South Buffalo Street. The event featured Dixieland Jazz performed by the Grandfathers Band along with Mardi Gras-themed craft activities for the kids and, of course, plenty of fresh, homemade chili.
