The eighth-grade class at Mary Queen of Angels Regional Catholic School in Cheektowaga is sponsoring a chicken dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at the school hall, 170 Rosewood Terrace. Dinners are take-out only! The cost is $9.50 pre-pay or $10 at the door.
The public can also support the eighth-grade class by donating empty returnable bottles and cans. Drop-offs will be accepted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the school gym, 170 Rosewood Terrace.
Mary Queen of Angels draws students from Cheektowaga, Sloan, Buffalo, Depew, Amherst, Williamsville and West Seneca.
